High-Speed Pulverizer | Stable and Fine Dry Grinding

MINIPAN high-speed pulverizers feature a turbine grinding system combined with fixed and rotating teeth. Through high-speed rotation, the machine generates impact, shearing, and crushing forces to rapidly reduce materials into fine particles. It is suitable for processing powdered sugar, salt, rice bran, spices, and a wide range of dry food ingredients.

The main machine body is constructed from cast aluminum alloy, with a food-grade coating applied to food-contact surfaces. The fixed and rotating grinding teeth can also be optionally manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, with relevant material certificates available to provide greater assurance of material quality and food safety.

With different configurations available to suit various grinding requirements, the machine can be used for bakery ingredients, seasonings, grains, and other food processing applications, providing a fast, stable, and reliable grinding solution suitable for continuous production.
