Making Traditional Aluminum Extrusion Equipment Smarter
Through an external intelligent constant-speed control system, existing aluminum extrusion equipment can achieve more stable and precise speed control. The system makes real-time adjustments based on the actual operating speed, improving consistency throughout the extrusion process while retaining the existing equipment and reducing the cost of complete machine replacement and system upgrades.

Metal Extrusion Machine Speed Controller
CH-SR108
The CH-SR108 Light Metal Extrusion Machine Speed Controller is an external speed control system developed for aluminum, copper, and other light metal extrusion production equipment. It can be integrated with existing extrusion machines to provide stable speed control without requiring major modifications to the machine’s original control system.
The system uses an encoder to detect the actual operating speed and feeds the machine’s operating status back to the controller, helping maintain stable speed throughout the production process. For extrusion applications that require control of pulling, material feeding, or the operating speed of related equipment, the system can be integrated according to the existing machinery and production requirements, helping reduce production instability caused by speed fluctuations. The current CH-SR108 configuration also includes an encoder, mounting bracket, and related communication components.
Compared with replacing the entire original electrical control system, the CH-SR108 adopts an external hardware control concept that allows existing equipment to be upgraded while retaining the original machine. This enables traditional extrusion equipment to add speed display and control functions, with configurations adaptable to different production line conditions.
Applications: Aluminum extrusion machines, copper extrusion machines, and other light metal extrusion production equipment requiring stable pulling or operating speeds.
